Brownie with nuts

Nut brownie is a true embodiment of American culinary tradition dating back to the mid-20th century. This dessert combines the rich taste of chocolate, a subtle bitterness of cocoa, and nutty tenderness, creating an amazingly harmonious flavor profile. The pecans used in the recipe add softness and a slight sweet creaminess to the bake, making the texture particularly rich. Freshly brewed coffee plays a special role by adding depth and revealing chocolate notes. Brownies can be served chilled to enjoy their density or hot with vanilla ice cream for an unforgettable contrast of flavors and temperatures. This dessert is an ideal ending to dinner or a cozy addition to a cup of fresh coffee.

1
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Mix 1 cup of flour and sugar in a bowl. Cut room temperature butter into pieces and add it to the flour and sugar. It's best to mix everything by hand or with a spoon — the dough will be crumbly. Line a baking dish with paper and pour in the resulting dough. Bake for about 15 minutes or until it turns light brown. The main thing is not to overbake it, or it will be tough.
- Wheat flour: 0.3 glass
- Sugar: 0.3 glass
- Butter: 120 g

In another container, mix the remaining 0.25 cup of flour, condensed milk, cocoa, egg, coffee, vanilla, and baking powder. It's better to stir with a spoon. Then add chopped pecans (can be replaced with walnuts, but pecans have a milder taste) and gently mix with the dough. Pour this dough over the prepared cake layer and place it in the oven for another 20 minutes.
