Tiramisu biscuit sticks

Savoiardi for tiramisu are a delicate treat that forms the base of the famous Italian dessert. Their history is closely linked to Italian culinary traditions, where airy sponge biscuits are used to create exquisite sweets. These sticks have a light, porous texture with a soft vanilla aroma and gentle sweetness. When dipped in coffee, they absorb the rich flavor, becoming the perfect base for layered tiramisu. They also pair wonderfully with creams, fruits, and chocolate and can be enjoyed fresh as a standalone treat with tea or coffee. Making them requires simple ingredients and a bit of patience, but the result is worth it: airy, fragrant biscuits that offer the taste of true Italian classic.
