Cottage cheese muffins with raisins are a refined treat of Russian cuisine, combining the tenderness of cottage cheese and the sweetness of raisins. This recipe has deep roots in Russian home baking, where cottage cheese products have always held a special place. The airy texture of the muffins, the slight tang of the cottage cheese, and the aroma of vanilla sugar make them an ideal dessert for tea. Raisins add pleasant notes of sweetness and flavor variety. They are perfect for cozy family breakfasts as well as festive tables. They are baked in silicone molds, with a final touch being sour cream that forms an appetizing golden crust during baking. The ease of preparation makes this recipe accessible even for beginner cooks.

You can cook in a silicone mold or a mold with a Teflon coating. If not, you can prepare it in an oven dish. If you use a silicone or Teflon mold, you don't need to grease it with butter or sprinkle with breadcrumbs. In all other cases, you do. I cook in a silicone muffin mold.

Put the mass in the mold and spread sour cream on top.
- Sour cream: 2 tablespoons

Place in the oven for 15 minutes on low heat. Cook until a golden crust forms.
