Another curd recipe that uses "Yubileinoye" cookies. You can serve this pie with cranberry sauce, the recipe for which is also included.

Melt 65 grams of butter in a saucepan without boiling. Blend the cookies into fine crumbs. Mix the cookies, butter, and salt into a uniform brown mass.

Grease the pan with the remaining oil and spread the dough in an even layer. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for twenty minutes.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix in order: cottage cheese, cheese, yolks, vanilla, sour cream, sifted corn flour.

Separately mix the egg whites with sugar and whip to a liquid thick consistency: the mixture should not flow from the spoon but drip in slow, heavy drops.
