Mix cottage cheese, powder, egg, semolina, kefir, 1 spoon of oil, add slaked soda, and mix until homogeneous consistency.
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Powdered sugar: 3 teaspoons

- Kefir: 150 ml

Preheat the oven and the baking pan, grease the pan with oil, and sprinkle a thin layer of semolina.
