In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the cream and butter to a boil.
- Butter: 60 g
- Cream 40%: 3 tablespoons

Remove from heat and add 120 grams of chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth. Then add orange liqueur and zest. Mix well and refrigerate until thickened, about 2 hours.
- Dark chocolate: 240 g
- Orange liqueur: 2 tablespoons
- Orange zest: 1 teaspoon

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll chocolate mixture into balls the size of walnuts and place them on the baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with vegetable oil in a water bath until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
