Add more water if necessary. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

- Wheat flour: 1 glass

- Butter: 10 tablespoons

Meanwhile, peel the apples and core them, then cut into small pieces to make 3.5 cups.

In a bowl, mix apples, sugar, spices, cider, and lemon juice.
- Sugar: 0.3 glass
- Apple Pie Spices: 0.5 teaspoon
- Cider: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Divide the dough into 10 parts and roll each one out. Cut out circles and place filling on each. Seal the edges well and place the pies on a clean baking sheet.

In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg white with 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the tops of the pastries and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked and golden.
