Meanwhile, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft. Drain the water and squeeze out the excess moisture with your hands.

In a saucepan, mix cream, sugar, and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Remove the cream mixture from heat and stir in the gelatin until fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into small molds, cool it down, then cover with film and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until set.
