Microwave Nutty Cream Fudge
4 servings
5 minutes
Nut-cream fudge is a refined treat that combines the rich taste of chocolate, the tenderness of cream, and a light fruity tang. Walnuts and dried apricots give the dessert a rich texture and depth of flavor. This recipe recalls traditional European candies but with a modern twist: microwave preparation makes the process quick and convenient. The fudge turns out soft, rich, and surprisingly harmonious – an ideal dessert for tea time or festive gatherings. It will especially appeal to those who appreciate the balance between sweetness and nutty richness, while the addition of vanilla and dried fruits makes it even more aromatic.
