Cream softened butter with sugar, add egg, baking soda quenched with vinegar, vanilla, and flour. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
- Butter: 100 g
- Sugar: 0.5 glass
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Slaked soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Vanilla: to taste
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss

Roll 2 balls from the dough and put them in the fridge for half an hour.

Pour a handful of poppy seeds on the table. Roll each piece of dough in the poppy seeds, slightly flatten it, and cut into slices.
