Whisk the vegetable oil with sugar.
- Sugar: 50 g
- Vegetable oil: 0.5 glass

Add 2 eggs sequentially and enough flour to make the dough rollable.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Wheat flour: 3 glasss

Roll out the dough to the thickness of a coffee saucer and cut out round cookies using a wine glass or cookie cutters.

Insert one peeled almond or walnut into the center of each cookie.
- Almond: to taste
