Fresh herb rolls are a true embodiment of European culinary sophistication. Their delicate, airy dough infused with the aroma of chives and parsley offers a harmony of flavors. The history of such rolls traces back to village bakeries in Europe where fresh herbs were used to impart a unique flavor to baked goods. Thanks to butter, the rolls are soft, and the added sugar gives a light sweetness that balances the savory notes of the greens. They can be served as a standalone snack, paired with cream cheese, or used to create original mini sandwiches. Warm and golden, they are perfect for a cozy family breakfast or an elegant lunch, complementing aromatic coffee or tea.
