Cottage cheese-apple pudding is a delicate and aromatic dessert that combines the creamy texture of cottage cheese with the light tartness of apples. Its history traces back to European cuisine, where cottage cheese casseroles have always been popular for their nutritional value and rich flavor. The addition of cinnamon and raisins gives the dish warmth and pleasant sweetness, while semolina makes it airy and soft. Baking in the oven gives the pudding a golden crust, and serving it with fruit yogurt adds refreshing lightness. This dessert is perfect for a cozy breakfast or as a healthy sweet treat without excessive heaviness.
