Green tea jelly is an exquisite dessert inspired by European cuisine but infused with Eastern motifs. Green tea, known for its fresh, slightly grassy flavor, adds a subtle bitterness and refined depth to this treat. Combined with a creamy base, it reveals delicate creamy notes, creating a harmony of taste. This dessert is light and refreshing, perfect for concluding a meal or as a standalone treat. Its texture is velvety-smooth, and the chilled consistency makes it especially enjoyable on hot days. Thanks to gelatin, it takes on an elegant shape that can be easily adorned with fresh berries or mint. Green tea jelly is not just a gastronomic delight but also a moment of tranquility, like a tea ceremony in every bite.
