Italian carrot cookies are a delicate and fragrant treat inspired by Italian baking traditions. It is believed that recipes with added vegetables like carrots emerged from the desire to maintain the softness and natural sweetness of products without excessive sugar use. These cookies have a pleasant texture: soft inside and light outside. Their taste is a balance of carrot sweetness and creamy margarine tenderness, creating harmony in every bite. They are perfect for morning tea or coffee and can also be an exquisite treat for guests. The simplicity of preparation makes them accessible even for novice cooks, while their appealing color and appetizing aroma delight both adults and children.
