In a pot, mix water, sugar, and zest. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves, and cook for 5 minutes uncovered. Remove the zest.
- Water: 0.5 glass
- Sugar: 0.5 glass
- Lemon zest: 2 pieces

Add blueberries and cook, stirring, for about 3-5 minutes until the blueberries start to burst. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Serve warm or at room temperature.
