Soften the margarine (it can be replaced with butter if desired) to a uniform mass, mix with sifted flour, egg, and baking soda (without extinguishing), then combine with cottage cheese and knead again.
- Margarine: 200 g
- Butter: 1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 3 glasss
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
