Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease 6 small souffle molds with butter.
- Butter: 160 g

In a pot, mix chopped chocolate and butter and melt in a water bath until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Dark chocolate: 170 g

Using a mixer, beat the eggs, yolks, sugar, and salt until light and airy. Gradually add the cooled chocolate to the egg mixture. Add the flour and mix well. Divide the batter into molds and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Egg yolk: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 6 tablespoons
- Salt: pinch
- Wheat flour: 6 tablespoons
