Pears in puff pastry with cinnamon are a refined European delicacy that combines the tenderness of fruit with the spicy sweetness of cinnamon. This dessert has roots in classic French baking, where puff pastry is used to create airy and crispy treats. Pears soaked in lemon juice retain their freshness, while the marzipan mixture adds a delicate nutty sweetness. After baking, the fruits become soft and the pastry crispy, creating a perfect balance of textures. This dessert is ideal for a festive dinner or cozy tea time, impressing with its exquisite taste and aroma. Serve it warm, complemented by a scoop of vanilla ice cream or light caramel sauce.
