Fruit sorbet is a bright and refreshing treat, perfect for summer days. This dessert, popular in European cuisine, is a delicate layered ice cream made from fresh berries and fruits. The first layer is strawberry, with its sweet and slightly tart notes creating the base. The second layer is banana-lemon, adding freshness and a light citrus tang. The top layer is cranberry, providing a pleasant tartness and completing the flavor harmony. This sorbet not only delights the eye with its vibrant colors but also has a wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity. It can be served in glasses adorned with berries and mint, making it an ideal dessert for a hot day or festive evening.
