Place the margarine in a pot, add a glass of water, a pinch of salt, and put it on the heat. Once the margarine melts, add one glass of flour and mix vigorously until the mixture becomes a uniform mass. Remove from heat and beat in five eggs one at a time.
- Margarine: 125 g

Grease the baking tray with oil and place sixteen rolls on it. Put the tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for forty minutes and do not open it under any circumstances.

Separate five yolks, put the whites in the fridge, and mix the yolks with a glass of sugar, adding two tablespoons of flour and stirring. Pour in cold milk and place on the heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens. Add lemon zest and vanilla sugar to the cream and mix.
