Mix sugar and boiling water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Leave to cool.
- Sugar: 100 g
- Water: 300 ml

Place peeled and chopped mango and the juice of half a lemon in a blender. Blend until pureed.
- Mango: 1 piece
- Lemon: 0.5 piece

Mix mango puree into the sugar syrup and pour into 6 molds. Place in the freezer for 1 hour, then insert wooden sticks into the center of the ice cream. Return to the freezer until fully set. Remove from molds and serve on a plate filled with ice.
