Camembert pie is a true embodiment of European gastronomic elegance. The tender and velvety camembert fills the pastry with a rich creamy flavor and subtle nutty notes. Its history begins in France, where this cheese is revered as a true culinary masterpiece. Combined with crispy yeast dough and aromatic spices like ginger and turmeric, the pie gains a refined spicy depth. A small amount of powdered sugar adds an exquisite sweetness, making it a perfect addition to evening tea time. Served hot with a light crust that melts in the mouth, this pie pairs wonderfully with white wine or herbal tea. It is ideal for both cozy family dinners and festive treats.

1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough to fit a round mold. Place it in the mold, cover with parchment, and fill with beans or grains to prevent the dough from rising during baking. Bake for 10-15 minutes, then remove the paper with the grains and let it cool.
