Cheese biscuits are a gourmet treat with a rich cheese flavor, delicate texture, and crispy crust. Their history traces back to European traditions where the combination of butter and aromatic cheeses creates a special harmony of taste. The use of parmesan, cheddar, and roquefort gives the biscuits a rich, salty-spicy note that pairs perfectly with tea, wine, or as an appetizer. Adding curry gives them a slight spiciness while lemon juice adds a subtle refreshing touch. This recipe not only delights the palate but also allows for experimentation with various types of cheese to create unique flavor combinations. Serve them warm or chilled for a wonderful addition to a cozy evening or festive table.
