Oatmeal cookies with raisins and sesame
12 servings
25 minutes
Cookies for those who don't like to mess with dough, and you need to wait exactly 15 minutes for them to come out of the oven. You can use any nuts - for example, in addition to walnuts, add almonds, pumpkin or sunflower seeds. And don't ignore the lemon zest, the cookies smell so tempting with it! You definitely won't buy anything like this in a store. A detailed video recipe is included.

1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Chop the raisins and walnuts finely.
- Walnuts: 50 g
- Raisin: 40 g

Grate the ginger on a fine grater.

4
In a bowl, add oats, nuts, raisins, sesame, add vegetable oil, flour, and warmed syrup made of honey, lemon juice, and spices. Knead the dough. It's better to take the finest oats, 'Extra' — the kind that needs to be cooked for about three minutes, no longer.

Then, using a tablespoon or your hands, shape the cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
