Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, mix sifted flour and sugar, add diced butter. Knead the dough by hand until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Flour with baking powder: 275 g
- Cane sugar: 145 g
- Butter: 125 g

Add milk and vanilla. Knead with clean hands and transfer to a floured surface. Add cherries. Mix gently.
- Milk: 65 ml
- Vanilla: 5 ml
- Cocktail cherry: 80 g

Roll pieces of dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Press the balls with a fork.

Press 1 cherry into each piece and bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool down.
