For the pancakes, add sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and eggs to slightly warm milk.
- Milk: 500 ml
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Salt: pinch
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Whip until homogeneous, gradually add flour, and knead to the desired consistency (like kefir).
- Wheat flour: 120 g

Grease a hot skillet with a piece of butter and fry the pancakes.
- Butter: 15 g

For the filling, take muksun, herring, bread soaked in cream, baked apples, and red onion.
- Muksun: 500 g
- Herring: 500 g
- Bread: 300 g
- Baked apples: 100 g
- Red onion: 150 g

Pass everything through the meat grinder.

Cut the apples into pieces and fry them in a pan, gradually adding powdered sugar.
