Take 80 ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and yeast. The milk should be warm - about 30-35 degrees.
- Milk: 1 l
- Sugar: 6 tablespoons
- Dry yeast: 11 g

Mix the ingredients in a tall glass or jar.

Leave for 5–10 minutes in a warm place. While the dough is resting, knead the pancake batter.

In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, sugar (leave 2 tablespoons for the sauce), milk, and flour.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon
- Sugar: 6 tablespoons
- Milk: 1 l
- Premium wheat flour: 450 g

A foam should form from the yeast and milk. Pour it into the bowl with the dough.
- Dry yeast: 11 g

Mix well. Leave for 20 minutes in a warm place. Stir again and leave for another 20 minutes. Then stir again and leave for another 20 minutes. Add vegetable oil, mix, and leave for the last time for 20 minutes. After that, do not stir the dough.
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

A foam formed on top needs to be scooped and baked in the pan. It gives the pancakes a special holey texture.

Prepare the sauce. Peel the apple and remove the core.
- Apple: 1 piece

Melt butter in a saucepan, add honey, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and apple. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Butter: 30 g
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 6 tablespoons
- Cinnamon: 0.3 teaspoon
- Ground ginger: 0.3 teaspoon
- Apple: 1 piece

Add the lingonberries, water, and cook covered for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Cowberry: 1 glass
- Water: 0.5 glass
