Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the pear in half, peel it, and remove the core.
- Pears: 200 g

Slice thinly along the entire length.

Mix butter and sugar in a mixer or large bowl, add almond flour and stir.

Break the eggs into the dough one by one.
