Kefir Pie with Tangerines and Candied Fruits

This is a simple and quick pie, despite the large number of steps, it is a pleasure to prepare it. It turns out very juicy and tasty. The pie is good hot, if served with ice cream, and also cooled with hot drinks.

Prepare the products.

Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
