Kulich with raisins and nuts

Heat the milk and melt a piece of butter in it.
- Milk: 250 ml
- Butter: 30 g

Break the eggs into the cooled mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with salt, sugar, and yeast.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones and knead the dough. You can add a little more flour if necessary.
- Wheat flour: 600 g
- Dry yeast: 11 g
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon

Shape the dough into a ball and leave it in a warm place for 2 hours to rise.

While the dough rises, rinse and steam the raisins in boiling water. Then dry them on a paper towel.
- Raisin: 100 g

Chop hazelnuts or other nuts not too finely.
- Hazelnut: 50 g

Roll out the prepared dough to a medium thickness.

Grease the dough surface with vegetable oil and spread the raisins and nuts.
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Roll up into a log along the long side, then form a ball.

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place the kulich mixture in it. Select the warming option for 40 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

After the dough has risen, select the 'Baking' mode for 35 minutes.

Remove the finished kulich onto a steaming bowl and let it cool. Decorate the kulich with any icing or glaze, and confectionery sprinkles.
