    Grease the inside of 6 metal rings (diameter 5 cm, height 4-5 cm) with oil. Line each mold with non-stick baking paper, so it is slightly higher than the rings. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then add the yolks and sugar, whisk again to achieve a uniform consistency.

    Place a bowl over a pot of boiling water and melt finely chopped chocolate and unsalted softened butter in the bowl. Remove the bowl from the pot and gently stir the chocolate.
