Peel the apples.
- Apple: 2 pieces

Chop finely and drizzle with lemon juice.

Roll out the dough and cut out circles from it.
- Yeast-free puff pastry: 400 g

Place the apples in the heated oil in the frying pan.
- Butter: 30 g

Season with cinnamon and mix. Set to medium heat.

After 2-3 minutes, add vanilla and stir.

After another 2-3 minutes, add the cream and stir.
- Cream 10%: 20 ml

After 3-4 minutes, remove the apples from the heat and place them on the dough circles.

Cover with the remaining circles and seal the edges. Send to a preheated oven at 190 degrees.
