Chicken, egg, and green onion roll is a fragrant and hearty dish of Azerbaijani cuisine that combines the tenderness of chicken fillet, the softness of eggs, and the freshness of green onions. The roots of this recipe trace back to Eastern culinary traditions where thin dough is used to create delicious snacks and main dishes. This roll is an ideal option for a cozy family dinner or festive table. The taste harmoniously blends: the golden crust of puff pastry hides a juicy filling infused with spices and sesame aromas. The dish is served hot or warm, and its soft texture and rich flavor make it versatile—it can be enjoyed as a standalone dish or as an addition to salads and sauces. A great choice for those who appreciate simplicity in preparation and exquisite taste!
