Wash the blackberry and let it drain.

Wash and dry the grapes.

Separate the grapes from the bunch and cut them in half. Remove the seeds.

Put cloves, coriander, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon in the pot.

Add water and berries to the spices. Boil the compote for 30 minutes.
- Boiling water: 1 l
- Blackberry: 1 glass
- Black grapes: 1 glass

Pour gelatin into a bowl.
- Gelatin: 3 tablespoons

Cool the compote to 85 degrees and strain, separating the liquid from the berries.

Mix a small amount of liquid from the compote with gelatin until fully dissolved.

Pour the dissolved gelatin through a sieve into the remaining liquid from the compote and mix thoroughly. Add sugar to taste.
- Fine white sugar: to taste

Place berries at the bottom of bowls, pour gelatin liquid on top, and refrigerate to thicken. Garnish with berries and mint when serving.
