Melt the margarine until liquid, which can be done in a small bowl over low heat. Add sugar to the melted margarine and stir well with a whisk until the sugar dissolves. Pour in half a cup of milk. When the mixture cools down, beat in the eggs and mix well again. Then add the baking powder and flour, adding flour until the dough becomes like thick sour cream.
