Mix 40 grams of cinnamon, 20 grams of cardamom, and 80 grams of fructose.
- Cinnamon: 120 g
- Cardamom: 40 g
- Fructose: 200 g

Coat the apples in this mixture and wrap each apple in foil.

Prepare ginger cookies. Mix flour, butter, remaining fructose, cinnamon, and cardamom. Add nutmeg.

Knead the dough.
