Peach tiramisu is an exquisite dessert that combines the traditions of Italian cuisine with the summer freshness of fragrant peaches. Inspired by classic tiramisu, this version adds fruity tenderness to the rich mascarpone cream. Sweet peaches are carefully processed into a puree that gives the dessert natural juiciness. Savoiardi soaked in green tea with amaretto create a delicate harmony of flavors, while the airy cream made from egg yolks and whites gives a light and silky texture. Garnished with almond flakes and slices of fresh peaches, this dessert not only pleases the eye but is also perfect as a refreshing treat on a summer day. Peach tiramisu is an elegant blend of softness, sweetness, and refined aroma worthy of the most sophisticated tastes.
