Strawberry Roll

This not the fastest, but the simplest roll is prepared by Ekaterina, the author of the blog "Honest Pastry Chef". It is best to prepare it in late spring - early summer, when the markets are full of fresh and tasty strawberries.

Cover the board or flat plate with parchment paper or plastic wrap.

Dip the cookies in milk and lay them out in two rows. Try not to keep the cookies in the milk too long, or they will turn into mush.
- Savoiardi cookies: 180 g
- Milk: 150 ml

Whip the cream to peaks.
- Cream 33%: 200 ml

Add cheese and powder, and whip everything together again.
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons

Spread the cream on the cookie and smooth it over the surface.

Leave a little cream for decoration.

Place the strawberries in the middle. Make sure the berries are roughly the same size.
- Strawberry: 300 g

Roll the cake with parchment.
