Tiramisu ice cream is a refined blend of Italian classic and cool dessert. Its history is inspired by the legendary tiramisu, which traditionally combines airy cream with the rich aroma of coffee and mascarpone. Here it takes on a new form: delicate ice cream with a velvety texture, enhanced by the rich flavors of marsala, strong espresso, and a hint of dark chocolate bitterness. Perfectly served in glasses or bowls, with crispy biscuits and grated chocolate — a true feast for gourmets. This ice cream is suitable for special occasions when you want to surprise guests with an unusual combination of flavors and elegant presentation. In every spoonful — harmony of sweetness, creamy softness, and light coffee bitterness that leaves an unforgettable aftertaste.

1
Whisk eggs, sugar, and wine in a fireproof bowl. Bring milk to a boil and whisk the eggs. Place the bowl over a pot of gently simmering water and stir the mixture until it reaches the consistency of thick cream.
- Egg yolk: 5 piece
- Sugar: 100 g
- Marsala: 6 tablespoons
- Milk: 250 ml
2
Remove the bowl from the heat and add the brewed coffee and mascarpone, mixing until smooth.
- Black coffee: 4 tablespoons
- Mascarpone cheese: 250 g
3
Cool completely, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, and make ice cream in it. If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a low-sided container, cover it, and freeze for 3 hours, stirring 2-3 times during that time.

Before serving, let it cool a bit. Place a couple of balls in glasses or bowls and serve with cookies, sprinkled with grated chocolate.
- Dark chocolate: 50 g
