Watermelon Granita with Gin

8 servings

30 minutes

Watermelon granita with gin is a refreshing dessert perfect for hot summer evenings. Inspired by Italian granita traditions, this unique recipe combines the juiciness of ripe watermelon, the tartness of lime, and the bitterness of gin to create an amazing balance of flavors. Frozen watermelon crystals soaked in aromatic syrup provide a sensation of coolness and lightness. Lime adds a fresh citrus note to the drink while gin adds sophistication. This dessert is for those who love unusual combinations and appreciate gastronomic experiments. It is recommended to serve with lime slices and crispy cookies to highlight textural variety. Gin granita is not just a dessert but a whole ritual of enjoyment that turns an ordinary meal into a small celebration.
