Nests are a delightful and cozy dish born in gourmet cuisine. They consist of tender baskets made from crispy dough that undergo double cooking – first baked, then soaked in sour cream, and dried again to a golden crust. The sweetish taste complemented by creamy notes creates a feeling of home warmth. This dish is perfect for family breakfasts or quiet evenings with a cup of tea. Nests not only please the palate but also captivate with their shape, like miniature cozy havens. They can be served as a standalone treat or enhanced with berries and honey, turning them into a true gastronomic masterpiece.
