Cottage cheese cake with eggs

Cottage cheese cake is the easiest way to prepare a sweet for breakfast or a dessert for a country or simple home dinner. It is better to take fatty cottage cheese for the cake, this is the case when you need to try to eat little baked goods, and not reduce their calorie content. Cottage cheese cake can be diversified with all sorts of fillings - add raisins, nuts or lemon zest. The dessert is cooked in the oven for half an hour, depending on the size of the chosen form. At the end, the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar - a nice bonus for those with a sweet tooth.

Take 200 grams of cottage cheese, add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, a cup of flour, a cup of sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt.
- Cottage cheese: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sour cream: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
