To prepare the biscuit, it is necessary to separate the egg whites from the yolks, then add sugar to the egg whites and beat until a homogeneous, airy mass.
- Chicken egg: 10 pieces
- Sugar: 300 g

Add wheat flour, baking powder, egg yolks, and 140 ml of milk to the resulting mass, continuing to whisk.
- Wheat flour: 218 g
- Dr. Oetker baking powder: 8 g
- Chicken egg: 10 pieces
- Milk 3.2%: 980 ml

Pour the mixture into the mold, place it in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 27 minutes.

Then reduce the temperature to 165 degrees and continue baking for another 25 minutes.

Remove the dessert base from the oven, let it cool, then cut it into large cubes.

To prepare the soaking mixture, mix cream, 840 ml of milk, and condensed milk, then whisk well.
- Cream 33%: 780 ml
- Milk 3.2%: 980 ml

Soak the biscuit with the resulting mass and leave it for 3-4 hours, regularly turning the cubes.
- Whipped cream: 220 ml

Whip the cream separately and cover the resulting dessert with it.

Place the dessert on the plate.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with fresh strawberries before serving.
