1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Generously grease a small baking tray with butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Butter: 250 g
- Wheat flour: 300 g
2
In a small bowl, mix flour with baking powder and salt.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Baking powder: 10 g
- Salt: pinch
3
Using a mixer, beat softened butter with vanilla extract and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs one at a time, then alternately add milk and flour, mixing thoroughly each time.
- Butter: 250 g
- Vanilla extract: 1 ml
- Sugar: 250 g
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Milk: 75 ml
- Wheat flour: 300 g
4
Divide the dough in half and color each half with one of two food colorings.
- Red food coloring: to taste
- Yellow food coloring: to taste
5
Place the colored dough in pastry bags with a large tip and pipe wide stripes onto the baking sheet, alternating colors. (If you don't have pastry bags, just use freezer bags by cutting off the tip.)
6
Bake in a preheated oven for 25–30 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center of the pie; if it comes out clean, remove the pie from the oven. Otherwise, bake a little longer. Let cool completely on the tray.
7
Meanwhile, to prepare the glaze, thoroughly mix powdered sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl and evenly spread it over the cooled pie. Smooth the glaze, add colorful sugar sprinkles on top, and let it sit for half an hour before serving to allow the glaze to dry.
- Powdered sugar: 250 g
- Lemon juice: 5 tablespoon
- Confectionery decorations: to taste
