Cut the puff pastry into eight pieces (four pieces per serving). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

For the cream, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites until fluffy and increased in volume by one and a half times. Separately whip the sugar and chilled cream into a thick creamy mass. Mix the whipped egg whites and cream with the yolks.
