Heat the milk to a temperature of 70 degrees.
- Milk 3.5%: 105 ml

Whisk the sugar with the yolks and combine with room temperature cream.
- Sugar: 68 g
- Egg yolk: 6 pieces
- Cream 33%: 315 ml

Add hot milk and vanilla to the obtained mixture.

- Vanilla pod: 0.3 piece

Strain the prepared mixture through a fine sieve.

Pour into four ceramic molds and place in a preheated oven at 100 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Sprinkle with cane sugar and torch it.
