Take 300 grams of flour, prepare the dough by dissolving yeast in water. Place in a warm place for 3.5–4 hours.

Add the remaining flour, butter, salt, egg, 100 grams of sugar, and spices. Knead a stiff dough and set aside for 60–90 minutes.

Divide all the pretzel dough into pieces of 100 grams, roll them into ropes, shape the pretzels, and let them rest for 1-2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200–220 degrees. Brush the pretzels with egg. Place in the oven for 15–20 minutes.

Mix egg whites, 200 grams of sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until a smooth glaze forms and cover the finished products with it.
