For the layers, melt the butter, add sugar and sour cream (200 g) and mix. Add flour and knead the dough. Divide into 15 equal parts. Roll out round thin cakes of the desired diameter on parchment paper. Bake at 200 degrees for about 3-5 minutes until golden.

- Sour cream: 1000 g
- Wheat flour: 400 g

For the cream, mix the ingredients (800 g sour cream, 200 g powdered sugar, 4 g vanillin) thoroughly.

Spread cream on the layers and stack them on top of each other. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5-6 hours to let the layers soak.

Mash the strawberries with sugar to taste. Decorate the cake with it.
