Blend the pumpkin until it reaches a puree consistency. Add sugar, eggs, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly in the blender. Add dry ingredients and mix.
- Pumpkin: 200 g
- Sugar: 125 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Olive oil: 85 ml
- Wheat flour: 150 g
- Salt: to taste
- Baking powder: 10 g
- Cinnamon: 5 g
- Crushed walnuts: 50 g

Place the obtained mass in a muffin tin to about 2/3 of its height. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
